The doctors are awesome associates that wait on you at the front desk are great as well as the nurses the whole team is awesome in Saint cloud Florida
Absolutely amazing service. Went in for a skin cancer screening and ended up finding something on my back that I wasn’t even aware of. Doctor was very nice and friendly plus the nurses were amazing!!
The wait time wasn’t long for me, the ladies in the front desk were very nice and professional. The doctor and doctor assistant were great. I felt really comfortable and at ease.
I felt rushed by the dr. Front receptionist didn't know was she was doing. She also had a poor attitude and seemed unhappy with her job.Tried to charged me for the visit full cost. She said insurance wasn't covering it. I asked her to run it again because that was not correct. She did reluctantly and it came up with the correct co-pay as I knew it would. Then they sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy even though someone called me to confirm what pharmacy to send it. They still got it wrong.
Friendly staff.. Dr. P was very informative and professional.
