Great location and accessibility. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Pricing is very good compared to other facilities. The place is very clean and I LOVE the Genie app that automatically opens the gates without having to remember codes or touch keypads. I highly recommend this storage facility.

Totally excellent customer service, we are talking about the best team in town, Angello and Caroline. This 2 will provide you what you need and more than expected. If you want great customer service, this is where you should stop. Caroline is super nice, patience and friendly and Angello as well. He even show us how to secure the car properly and have us ready for our trip. Thank you guys for everything, we definitely recommend you and we appreciate your time and awesome service. Best of luck to both.

I have had the most amazing experience with Personal Mini Storage. Angelo & Caroline Who are the managers at the location my storage was located in (I just closed out my unit after two years with this particular location) always did backflips to help me!!! When the pandemic hit just like so many people I had financial problems and they did the best of their ability to work things out for me always!! I can’t possibly say enough good things about this company. Angelo and Caroline are extremely caring people! Everything they do is customer orientated unlike so many companies that are the complete opposite!!! I highly recommend this company my experience has been with this particular location again I just cannot say enough good things about personal mini storage and Angelo & Caroline!!!!

Very friendly staff! This was my first time ever renting a storage unit and was concerned if I didn't do everything properly and timely to vacate we would be charged another month. Again, since my first time, this may be normal - provide no less than 5 day notice, had to go to office to date and sign a memo of intent to vacate, had to have inspected by staff and key returned day we vacated by 4pm (Saturday). Failure to comply.....another month charged....yikes! Perhaps this is just the way it works.

The staff there is the most friendly I have ever met. They work with us from the time we walked in to time we moved stuff out. I will go back to them and no one else because of them. We had special circumstances do to our closing date for our house (1st timer 1st time living FL) getting push back a couple of days. They helped us get a uhaul truck that we needed and was so nice. You guys made this part of our move not stressful thank you
