I go to this particular Publix for their French bread. But as with most if not all Publix i 'm most pleased with the staff especially the bakery and deli dept. Super sweet employees and always ready to genuinely want to help. God Bless them ud83dude4fAmen

Got salmon at the seafood window. Asked the butcher to remove the skin. He said ok.nWeighed the salmon. Trimmed all the skin and a few other pieces. Then he took the sticker from the pre-trimmed salmon and put it on the trimmed salmon. Probably an ounce or so but how many times a day does he do that?nNot cool.

Went to play lottery and the employee didn't even bother to look at me. There was a customer before me who wasn't ready with anything that he needed. He wanted to return items and one of them was hard seltzer. The employee then called her supervisor and told her that the customer wanted to return that particular item and as the supervisor said yes, she questioned her answer. She stood right next to the manager as she did the entire return and didn't even acknowledge that I was standing there just waiting. So, I turned around and left. If you can't deal with your superiors answers then, you shouldn't work there and if you can't even acknowledge the rest of the customers as you work in a customer service position, you should to work elsewhere

Publix I love shopping there! Love the staff and the whole experience.nSince the start of the pandemic I’ve felt very safe while making my groceries, not crowded and feels and looks very clean.nI’m not a “leaving bad reviews person”, However, I value my health and my community’s enough to step up and do it.nDuring my grocery shopping today I noticed maybe half of the customers were not wearing masks and seems like no one in the store was even trying to enforce mask wearing, with covid cases rising and no mask enforcement inside the store It did not feel safe and maybe it wasn’t... Please keep everyone’s health a priority because this is exactly how community spread starts, don’t give up on the fight yet. Might shop elsewhere for now, hopefully mask wearing is enforced again soon.

Went there to have some subs built, got a guy ny the name Josue, he was a super friendly sub master, they tasted great and I really enjoyed the chat, he has a great additude and needs a raise. I will be back for more subs. Thanks man.
