This is probably the only dunkin that I've been to repeatedly that gets my order right all the time
Manager is the worst, I saw him treat employees like they don’t matter. Felt so bad, not to mention I heard him tell them to focus on drive through and let the dine in folks wait, even though their was a line out the door. Only thing I liked about the place was the sweet girl with the red hair but she isn’t their anymore ud83dude1e and the girl with the glasses who made my sandwich. Hire a new Store manager ASAP will not be returning.
I've been here a few times in the last week. Each time there was a line of people. Yet they get through the line quickly. Staff is friendly and attentive. Even though they are very busy, they said hello and let me know they would help me shortly. The beverages have all been great and exactly what we asked for.nI have a new stop on my way into a morning shift!
Highly dissatisfied with the service. Not only did they mess my order up, but when I asked them to remake my order fresh they just reheated it. I waited at least 10 minutes to wait for them to not even do it correctly. Definitely won’t be visiting this location anymore. Bunch of kids there not paying attention to the task at hand.
Nice variety of coffee,keeping up with other coffee places offering oat milk lattes. Also all the baked items looked nice and fresh.
