I started coming to this location because it’s convenient but the staff always seems to be in a hurry which I understand completely because it’s food industry, however rushing and trying to get other things done while taking a customers order is very rude and often leads to mistakes which is what happens to me every time I go to this location. If the cashier would just focus on the order instead of talking over the customer maybe they’d get the order right the first time. I wouldn’t recommend coming to this location if you don’t have time to wait nor the patience.

Dunkin I truly wanted to love you! I’ve given you many chances to get it right! Why do you do this!? Please train your employees to be consistent, to read the online orders for accuracy to verify before giving the orders. For a few days you guys were doing great now it’s downhill again. I spend too much money here to go through this! Location you are so convenient to me yet why do I feel I need to start driving 5 miles away just to get my order right! Get it together Dunkin’ you can do it! This is for Nystie’s orders ;)

30 minutes at the drive thru. Very slow. My strawberry coolatta was bitter and 1/2 melted. Seem to not know what they are doing.

I wanted to leave a review about this particular location long time ago, but I keep forgetting. All the employees that I have meet there are very young and all of them have always been very sweet and respectful. You can tell they are still learning, but if you don’t like it they will fix it without bad actitud. Today, I went to get some coffee and the young man that was taking orders told me he will be back with me shortly, and he said it in a very loud, exited and silly way.. he really made me smile, he took my order in a very smooth and nice way, when I went to pay for the coffees he saw my card from a military bank and asked me who was the veteran... when I told him It was me, he gave me my card back, he gave me the coffees and he thanked me for my service... Many places thank veterans after you show them your ID; this kid, wearing a mask “Class 2020” and getting trained at his new job, have gave me the most sincere and beautiful appreciation I have ever received! I believe that a good management is the key for happy employees, I really hope that is the case at this store, I want to thank all the young employees and specially the silly boy, who made my day.

I've tried this one 3 times. The first time they were out of every single thing I asked for. The second time the hasbrowns were hard as a rock, the third and final time the coffee was definitely old, and the bagel minis were cold and the cream cheese was frozen inside. Will never go back because I hate wasting money.
