Great service! The staff are very welcoming and explainS everything, and they love to see your progress! I go for the acne treatments, I suffered with acne since a very young age. No products would work I tried everything! Once I started using their acne line I’ve since instant results. Karla is amazing, she makes sure you feel completely comfortable and explain everything step by step, and gives great professional advice how to keep up with your skin, for it to get better.
Karla and Ulrica are wonderful! My skin has never looked and felt so youthful after getting my first facial . Wow! Super gentle and so relaxing. Also their products are amazing, I highly recommend.

I went to ChiYan medical spa for my botox injections. This was my first time getting anything done and I am absolutely petrified of needles. Mrs. Resa and Karla were amazing!! They made me feel so comfortable, confident, and at ease with the entire process. Mrs. Resa was amazing and there was absolutely no pain at all. She communicated to me exactly how the process would be and the care I would need to take after the procedure. I would definitely recommend coming here and I will be back!!
