European has the best wax. All of their estheticians are amazing. I wouldn't get waxed any place else. I get a Brazilian wax and they are quick efficient and minimally painful. Their products are great. My appointments are always on time and I'm in and out in under 20 minutes. Excellent service.
The wax specialist pulled wax not fully hard, she did not do what is considered a Brazilian that im told is custom in EWC service. At the Kendall location I never questioned what came with. They always waxed everything that comes in a Brazilian wax. The person Ashley was not personable. I wish Zaidy was still here. Im not returning here. I wanted to buy products but I was so unhappy I just paid and left. The specialist I had 2 months prior did the same. Pulled not ready wax. This must be the norm for this location.
