Great staff. Great owners. Great prices. They take the time to know you and listen to your needs. Super clean and calming. I really niche space to get a quick chair massage but they also have a space with tables for a full body massage. We’ve been gong since December 2019 and keep bringing more friends. We go at least once a week now. In the Falls next to the Apple Store!
Hubby and I were given a gift certificate by a kind friend for a couple's massage, my expectations were low, but the massages were fantastic. Alex and Dailya (sp?) were amazing and gave us two of the best massages we have ever had. My only suggestion to the therapists, from a customer service perspective, would be to introduce themselves with their names to customers prior to giving us the treatments - we had to ask them for their names. Very nice space, now located next to Apple at the Falls. Good specials, and the music was nice too. Highly recommended.
Is really nice drive to a place with pain and stress, and they received with peaceful place, a friendly smile, they asking “how can assist to you” and a with few question they identify the root of the problem and start working that this point. They have specials and all your staff are professional and dedicated, J & R is amazing place. I highly recommended for all person, all ages.nThank you J&R massage.nAlex
True to their advertisement I did forget my bills, job, and even myself for a while when I was getting a massage here. I almost fell asleep, if you're falling asleep you know the massage good. The prices are reasonable and affordable, definitely a place worth to returning to.
