If you are looking at places to store your things, look no further. This place is it! From the beginning of my experience from inquiring about storage space, Joel the store manager helped me over the phone going over sizes of storage & cost. He was very informative. Following that, I went into the location to visually see the space & Victoria the assistant manager helped me. She was very kind & helped me with any questions I had. I was able to sign my contract the same day & she was very efficient with time. They really do care about this facility based off of customer service & the way the place is maintained. Thanks again Joel & Victoria!!!

Extra Space Storage as a whole constantly raises its prices, which is unfair to loyal customers. My storage went from $60 to almost $200 over the course of 3 years which has caused so much turmoil.nnHowever, my particular location was very understanding and worked with me to pay off the additional fees that the company adds every year. Joel in particular is an amazing customer service agent. He listens and doesn’t just call to collect payments like a mindless robot. I would recommend this location solely because of the magnificent service by their employees but the company as a whole is complete trash.

Joel has a great attitude everyday at work. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to offering the best suitable storage ideal to your needs. Great prices, carts are always available, A/C is always working, security cameras are 100% at work everyday as well. Thank you Joel for your outstanding service.

Such friendly and helpful service! They answer calls immediately and very knowledgable about the industry. I am enjoying the first month free and would definitely recommend for storage needs.

Joel was very helpful, patient and really nice. He gave us the best options to accommodate our needs. The grounds are very clean and secure. I highly recommend this establishment.
