Do not go to this Uhaul place unless you want your house hold stuff infested with roaches. Beware! We realized too late and had to wash and go through everything we had in the uhaul. Sad because everyone in this entire establishment is extremely rude and nasty.

I've used this Uhaul location for several moves, including from out of state using Uboxes to load up my furniture. My experiences with Uhaul overall has been flawless, and even more so at this specific location. Everyone is helpful, facility is clean and organized, and everyone here goes above and beyond to make sure my moves have been with peace of mind. Thank you!!

I called and asked if they refill propane tanks and they said yes. I drove 20 minutes there and when I got there they only had one guy working and he wasn't certified to fill propane so no propane today. They said the person I talked to was in a call center and not the office (even though I called office phone number).

they have only one person working and they wait for over 40 minutes to pick up a truck. just to collect the key because I had the reservation
