After visiting 3 other mattress stores and greeted by sales person with bad attitude( not to mention that those stores were empty) I finally found the best customer service at Ashley Furniture !!! Thanks to Allen Gonzalez I was able to buy the perfect mattress w/super base everything I needed it at a great price and finance deal! I appreciate the dedication and all information given for each mattress we saw. I highly recommend this store specially at Cutler Bay, FL Thank you again!!!
Amazing service!!!!!Genesis was my sales girl. So nice and easy to work with. In love with the bedroom set purchase and can’t wait for it to be in my home. The process was easy and she was ontop of every detail. Financing was easy and they have many options. Definitely can’t wait to go back and shop for more items for my home. Beautiful furniture for all tastes.

This store is setup very nicely. There is no-one pressuring you as you walk around. From previous purchase experience , Ashley's furniture are very well made and long lasting. I highly recommend this store. Sales man Mr Abreu is very knowledgeable in all questions regarding the furniture, warranty, finance options. I had no doubt placing my order with Mr Abreu knowing that I made the right choice for many years to come with my new purchase.
First time visit after the pandemic started. The customer care and service was excellent. The cleaning was impeccable. Everyone wearing well constructed masks and hand sanitizer everywhere. Thanks!
