Three years ago I purchased a few furniture pieces from this City Furniture and also purchased the warranty. Three years later, they mailed me credit for the warranty that I never used. I went back to look for a king bed earlier this month. Christopher Sterling was our sales person.He was very informative and showed us different options. We found one that we really liked. We purchased it and had it delivered two weeks later. The delivery times were from 5pm-8pm, but the guys arrived much earlier at 2pm. I was impressed with the level of respect and how quickly they got the bed inside and assembled it within 20 minutes maybe less. I love their furniture's quality. I only had one little issue and that was getting my phone number updated on my account. I called 3 different phone numbers for the showroom and no one picked up. I also chatted on line with customer service and they could not update my phone number. Thankfully, they were able to reach me and did not get lost.
Very friendly and welcoming environment. I had the pleasure of being helped by Alfredo. He was beyond helpful and kind. He went out of his way to show me several options. He was extremely knowledgeable, honest, and upfront. Alfredo is a very caring individual, he made the purchase much more enjoyable! Thank you, I will be back!
I was greeted immediately whenever I walked in the store. Shah was very pleasant. He asked what was i looking for and led me directly to that area. He inquired more about my needs and I gave ideas. He answered my questions and showed me the best options. The store was very clean and staff was engaging. Shah gave me a great deal for the items and even suggestions for future purchases. I had already viisit other stores so the deal and his charm sold me to buy with him. I will definitely come back for future purchases.
Hi, guys! I alway been one to think that City furniture was a more upscale furniture store but I’m starting to think I was wrong. Back in the ending of 2019 my husband and I purchased a Rest & Renew King mattress from City Furniture and because our last mattress purchased lasted us 10 years! We didn’t even bother purchasing the in home services for the mattress. We’ve always been the type of people to take care of our belongings like most of us that work hard. But the mattress we purchased is horrible ud83dude23! The mattress when you lay on it, you can fill the springs. We had a technician come out to see the mattress in which we had to pay for $50.00 (make sure to buy the at home services guys!) it’s worth it for peace of mind. but they said because we didn’t have enough depth in our mattress the bed was still up too standard code. Believe me it isn’t. Now we are left with a less then 2 year old mattress that isn’t comfortable at all. Now on the other end the did make right the sectional I purchased last year that collapsed too ud83eudd26ud83cudffd♀ufe0f. But seriously I’m starting to think that the mattress I purchased ten years from American signature furniture was of much better quality.
Purchased a rocking chair for our living room. I don’t know if chair was put together wrong by the City Furniture employee or it’s just a cheap (made in China) chair sold too expensive.nnI am leaving this review because City Furniture did not care to make my wife and I happy customers from a situation that could have been a whole lot worse. My wife was 3 days out of surgery with our newborn baby in her hands when she sat on the chair that rocks back and fourth. Because of what seems like an improper build done by City Furniture on the chair purchased from city furniture she fell back with our baby in her hands.nnIf they built it correctly then the products they sell are “no good” especially a $600 chair you would think would be worth it.nAnyway no help from City Furniture in anyway.nnWe will be pursuing this situation further as we have given ample time for satisfaction.nI do not recommend ANYTHING from city furniture. And since we dealt with City Furniture on this purchase online I don’t have a store I can leave the review so I will leave this review in as many as I can.
