My Rooms to Go experience was incredible. My husband and I recently bought a house and desperately needed new furniture. Upon entering, we were instantly greeted by Sales Rep David Trujillo. He took the time to listen to our wants and tailored our experience based off of those wants. We ended up buying the perfect bedroom set, dining table, and family room sectional. Such a great experience! I highly recommend stopping by and if you do, go to David!

Esther was incredible!!!! She was respectful of our space and allowed us to view what we wanted and was knowledgeable of each model, was very helpful with the entire process. Made sure we got the best deal! Very nice, made the process very quick! We were able to get everything we needed!! Highly recommend if you are looking for good furniture with great service! Very impressed with this Rooms To Go location. Super open and spacious. The salesman that helped my hubby and me was Gustavo. He was able to answer all of our questions, very knowledgeable and honest. Not all sales staff have these great qualities all together. We highly recommend Gustavo if you are planning to come and purchase furniture at this location!

Best experience we could ask for honestly. Like anything buying furniture these days is like buying a car with all the sales people trying to attack! But Esther Estay made this transaction smooth and pressure free. Nothing against the other people she just really went above and beyond to help us. Product knowledge was incredible and no pressure to purchase. We bought everything and more due to her greatness. Please ask for her when you come to rooms to go of Cutler Bay!!.

We came in looking for a mattress. We were in need of one ASAP before the store closing. While looking Manny was kind enough to come up to us and assist us without us having to search for someone. He was kind , made us feel appreciated, and even stayed after store hours while we were still indecisive. We were able to commit to one and he was nothing but so kind. If you guys need someone I HIGHLY recommend Manny. He was just outstanding. Please promote him. His customer service was outstanding. I did not feel rushed or judge whatsoever. I will continue my shopping experience here with Manny. Manny thank you for everything we left as happy customers!
