We had an amazing shopping experience yesterday at the Cutler Bay store. Juan Martorell, the salesman that assisted us was great. Not only did he know the merchandise but he was very professional and patient with us as we took time to make a final decision on our purchase. I went to the Rooms To Go in Cutler Bay and an associate named David Trujillo assisted me. Mr. Trujillo was extremely professional and honest in helping me pick a leather couch for my family room. He was patient and answered all my questions. I highly recommend you ask for David Trujillo.
I went to this store back on 9/05/20 for Labor Day weekend specials, they had guaranteed me that the item would be delivery by no later than first week of October. I’m still waiting for the delivery, I tried contacting the customer service which is by far the worse I had ever encountered. I went to the store to speak to someone and they say they would call me back for more details for my delivery date. I’m still waiting for that call. Now it shows delivery date for December, are you kidding me.... would not recommend it to anyone. They just want to make their sales and don’t care about the customer at all. I will be canceling my order and going somewhere else that actually cares.
Beautiful furniture and great prices. The first salesman was a jerk who didn't want to be bothered, so he lost his commission to a very nice guy named Juan. We're going to ask for Juan when we buy a new bedroom set next month.
