The entire experience from picking out the floors to the final product was amazing. Robert was very professional when informing me on the latest trends in flooring. The gentlemen who installed the flooring were very professional, detailed and kept the house neat and orderly throughout the whole process. Anything that needed attention was taken care of quickly and professionally. I’m so glad I chose such a superior company to install my flooring. I’ve received numerous compliments on the new look of my house. I’m so pleased with the whole experience!
I visited the store after receiving a phone call to my online inquiry. I was pleased with the vast carpet and tile selection available in the store. I particularly like how the prices were visible and listed the cost with and without installation. While present, I asked for the representative who contacted me. There I met Vincent and he was very polite, patient and attentive to my questions and concerns. Vincent also effectively managed to simultaneously attend to another customer and myself. After making my purchase, I accidentally left my credit card at the store, and I hadn't even realized it. Vincent called me to let me know I had done so. Vincent then volunteered to drive more than 10 miles out his way to meet me, just to bring me my card. Now in my opinion, I felt like he certainly went above and beyond his job description and he exhibited excellent customer satisfaction.nnSadly a carpet sample was not made available for the stock color I selected to have in my home, and that would have been nice to have.
It was a great experience.. I went with my son to see some options for vinyl floors for his place...Robert Cass took good care of us... We choose different options, he gave us samples, finally my son decided which one he liked and they are going to measure his place next week....nNice store, a lot of options and great products...

Very impressed with the customer service. From my initial phone conversation with Vincent, he was very courteous and very professional. When I went to the showroom, he helped me pick the right carpet and answered all my questions. He was able to go do the measures on the same day and gave me a quote right away. My carpet will be installed in the next 7-10 days! Highly recommend it!
