I should have believed these reviews. Same issues as other folks. Great sales team promises the world, yet comes up way short on delivering. In the end I need additional contractors (electrician and drywall) to come by to finish the job. 3 times as long as they said it was going to take. No home office supervision, outside of he main cabinet guy, it’s mostly just a parade of 3rd party contractors meandering through the job when they have time. Once they get your money, good luck. Oh, and the rate does not include electrical, plumbing, vents, drywall, painting, lighting, etc.....for that, you get the opportunity to pay extra. Incredibly aggravating to deal with. Be warned.
Do NOT use this company!nDianna is a good designer and a consummate salesperson. She is full of promises. Once they have your money, it all goes downhill.nEverything takes 10 times as long as they said it would. They have excuse after excuse and are offended that you don't just go along with long delays. The cabinets very poor quality and the installation is shoddy. There is no attention to detail. Measurements are just guidelines. They are very rude! They only want to collect money and have no interest in doing a good job.nBe Warned!
Most challenging contractor I have ever worked with. Their in store sales people are very nice and promise the world, but fail to deliver. Good luck with trying to get them to fix anything after the fact. Spare yourselves the aggravation.
I have worked with Carlos and Diana on three projects and I am very satisfied with there work and the great on service after the installation. Just completed a master bath renovation and we are very happy!
We did a kitchen with them two years ago and the workman ship with the installation was terrible. They did not keep a single commitment, everything from how long the project would take to the quality of the materials was inaccurate from the start. I have never seen a contractor as brazen as these folks. If you do business with them, do so at your own risk, buyer beware.
