Person at the store showed my all the chairs within my price range. The chair is custom order. It took about 1 month to get but well worth the wait.nnSame person delivered the chair to my home and adjusted the chair to fit to my measurement and desk to ensure it was in proper height etc for uptimum comfort.
Terrible attention from the blonde saleswoman on Saturday 10/10/2020, she did not show any interest in serving me and my husband, she did not look at us, nor did she speak to us. when I said: thank you very much for your kind attention, she said with irony, you're welcome. very rude

Two years after buying our office chair from Relax the Back and being completely satisfied,,we thought we knew what we needed this time...a true reclining power chair.nnThanks to Christina, we found the perfect chair to suit our needs! She had my husband try several types of reclining chairs and lift chairs. But she quickly realized that the The Soma zero gravity lift chair was “exactly what the doctor ordered”. A perfect fit for my husband who is 6’ tall 235 lbs. Christina sent us to try one at their Coral Gables store just to make sure it was the right fit. We would have never found it without Christina’s guidance. All of the employees we met along the way were extremely nice and helpful.
