My experience was exceptional! Even though I came into the location at the last minute on a Sunday, the service was GREAT!!! Jose was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I wasn't rushed, he was very thorough and had no problem answer all questions that I may have had. I would recommend this location to others and have them to ask for Jose to help. Jose Garcia is the best at what he does. I’ve never had a better experience purchasing a mattress. He is very knowledgeable and will answer all questions, even if I asked a million I got a response every time. After visiting many places, Jose was the best salesman I came across. 10/10 experience
My SO and I came in looking for a mattress about 6 months ago. The only rep in the store was extremely rude and short with us. Maybe he thought we looked young & not serious, but he seemed almost angry when we wanted to ask about prices. He was completely unwilling to offer any compromise or add-ons. We went to another Mattress Firm outlet that was much more accommodating, and have since spent over $1500 on two mattresses from them.nnIf you want the best deal and friendly service, this is not the Mattress Firm for you.
The salesman Sergio was very pleasant and acknowledged us from the moment we stepped in the store. He answered every single question I had and even gave information to show how well qualified he is in profession. The service was stellar. I would definitely come again.
I had a wonderful experience spoke to Jose and he met mine and my husband's needs he even took into consideration that I was pregnant! Adjustable bed frame wow ud83dude33 I couldn't believe I was going to get one ,YES!
