Called and reserved a car dolly for my vehicle the day before I showed up. Went through the entire process let them know exactly what I was towing, and let them know exactly what I was towing with. I called today because I had time to show up early and wanted to make sure the car dolly was available for an early pick up. The individual went through everything again on the phone, what I was towing and what I was towing with. I showed up at the U-Haul went through the process once AGAIN with the gentleman at the counter. At the very end of our conversation he tells me that he can’t rent me the car dolly for my Mustang. A complete waste of time. If you want to go where people don’t know anything about what they’re doing then this is your place. A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME.

No organization, no one has a clue what to do, Amerosa was suppose to be working on our pick up but was not. The whole time he was working the front desk. He gave us the wrong information so we ended up having to go and come back, go and come back and go and come back 3 TIMES and the to not have anyone work on our pick up really pisses me off. We’re extremely unhappy with the service. We will NEVER come back and we will NEVER refer anyone to this U-haul location. Manuel Ponce you should really rethink how this U-Haul is ran...
