It was great working with Chris and Doug to get my new storage unit set up. Friendly and helpful from beginning to end.
My fiance rented a unit last week and We had called many other places before hand, but this place by far had the best deal. The location is perfect and the place itself is very clean. Vanessa was nice, and helped us get everything in order. We know if we have any questions or issues she will be there to help. They even have moving supplies making it convenient for us.
The facility is very well maintained, the manager had already decorated for Christmas and the place looked great.. She took time to explain the rental process and showed us a few units. Vanessa was very friendly and helpful. Price wasn't bad.. Great customer service. I recommend this place to someone needing storage.
We've rented a unit with Express Storage for a couple of years now and have never had any issues with our unit, the safety, or the location.nnWe recently moved and needed to store our belongings. Vanessa was very friendly & helpful and we had our unit keys in hand within minutes. She made sure our units were in the same building and close. It was convenient to be on auto-pay and also have the option to purchase a few packing supplies right there as well.nnWe subsequently needed a 3rd unit and again, within minutes, we were unloading into the unit. Thankfully, we are now moved into our home and out of the 3 units. They gladly pro-rated and refunded accordingly. We would rent again from Express Storage if needed, without hesitation.
Vanessa was excellent in customer service. She was so helpful and very nice! Give that girl a whoop whoot! Go Vanessa!!!
