Pack it Up Moving LLC

I decided on Pack It Up Moving regardless of the Google reviews. They came in and did an in-home estimate and gave a competitive price. I appreciated that they were able to work around our schedule as we had to reschedule due to availability of the new place was a bit in flux.nnThe crew showed on up time and got to work pretty quickly. We had a 2200 sqft 2 story home to move out of with a decent amount of heavy furniture on the 2nd floor. Unfortunately our wood banister got dinged up a bit. It took 2 full truckloads to move all of our heavy stuff.nnWe didn't have them move any of our boxes or smaller items, just larger things that required 2 or more people to move.nnDo pay attention to breaks and lunches the workers take. Originally they put down 30 minutes for lunch and I had to talk with the owner to get that corrected to the hour they took (I had timestamped texts with my wife if it was needed, but a quick mention to the owner and didn't need them).nnI did have a couple pieces of wood dressers that had damage to them. I still need to touch base with the owner regarding those damages to adjust the cost. It was towards the end of the move and I think the workers were getting tired and a little sloppy.nnAll total it was 6.5 hours of moving and the bill came out to around $800.nnI may use them again in a few months once my new home is complete and we're ready to move in.nnNote: Full disclosure, I did get a 5% discount for posting a review on Google regarding my move.

Tri-Cities friends! Be aware. Do not go with these movers! They are unresponsive and unprofessional. Demonstrated horrible business ethics. They committed to date and time no call no show. Read all my messages on Facebook and nothing back.

These guys are unresponsive and unprofessional we ended up having to move a whole second floor apartment with no help and they read all our messages on Facebook and never responded do not use do not recommend very unprofessional
