Andrea is the most amazing salesperson I've ever had. She even called me after delivery to see if I was pleased. Would buy direct from her again! Our furniture is beautiful and the delivery was top notch. I am extremely satisfied the entire process. Great company!

Updated March 4, 2021. Ashley/CIty Furniture did finally make amends and make this right. Still not so pleased that it took a review to get the problem resolved, but they have come through with customer service after the complaint in the end.nnOriginal Post: I have always thought of Ashley as a good store. Fair warning, they do not accept returns. Even when they are at fault. The chair came with no hardware. Their solution was to wait until April for something I bought because it was available today. Then their solution was for me to go to Home Depot and buy the hardware myself. As if Home Depot carries their stuff. Ultimately after 3 hours on the phone and another hour driving back to the store I was able to get a solution but it was not at all a happy ending for me. The customer service says they have a no return policy. The manager of the store says that only customer service can authorize a return. Don’t bother trying. Ashley and city furniture seem to prefer you just buy from Amazon where you can get a hassle free return if there is a problem. Very disappointed in a company I used to do business with. But no more.

Very friendly and attentive staff! Beautiful showroom with a huge variety of products to browse. Also - super clean and very on top of COVID restrictions.

They are a fraud, they offer a rebate and wash their hands after that. I have been for 2 months trying just to get a voucher to claim my rebate and nothing but crickets. 3 Times they have said we are checking up on it and we will call you back. The state should open an investigation. This is plain bait and switch, fraud, INCOMPETENCE call it what you will
