What an AMAZING experience we just had purchasing a recliner for my grandma! After looking at a few furniture locations unsuccessfully, we went to Ashley Homestore in Hialeah expecting the same results. Thankfully we found a GREAT recliner within our budget but my reason for this review is not for the furniture, but for the amazing sales rep JP Gonzalez! He was so attentive with us and knowledgeable about our request/needs. He patiently walked with us around the store and waited throughout situations that arise when shopping with an elderly person. We enjoyed the fact that he made sure to focus in on us and our needs without us feeling rushed at any point. I cannot say enough good things about JP and although we were happy with finding the right recliner, we were blessed to have JP as our sales rep! This was our first experience at any Ashley store, but thanks to JP, it won’t be our last! Thank you JP, you were truly an answered prayer!
This City Furniture location is so nice and well organized. I had a great shopping experience with my amazing sales person Claudia Hernandez. She was very patient and helpful. Will definitely come back and refer my close friends and family to this location with Claudia. Thank you for everything!!!
The experience was great at the Dorsal location for us. Paul was or salesman and was really awesome! He was very professional, patient, knowledge with items and helped out tremendously. We look over many different items since we got a dining room set, sofa sectional, queen bed frame and a wooded emd table. Paul was with us for nearly 5 hours that day! He gave us a good deal and went over all the paperwork and explained everything. They should give him a big raise and we nominated Paul for Salesman OF THE YEAR!
My experience buying from city furniture so far has been great. The quality of the furniture, the prices and most importantly how fast the delivery was. During the pandemic I was worried how long it would take until I receive my furniture. The delivery drivers were very helpful as well as respectful. Overall a great experience purchasing from city.
