It was the best sales experience that I’ve ever been involved with. The saleswoman Sarahi Martinez explanation and detailed knowledge of your products made super easy and effective my selection and also very fun experience, making me lay down in every other mattress that I was interested in. She is the best sales person on your floor!!!

Hands down Rooms to go is the best furniture store for financing, I went to the store yesterday looking for a Tempur-pedic mattress and was helped by Sarahi Martinez, she helped me choose the best mattress, She gave excellent recommendations and a pleasure to shop with a great sales person whom was not pushy at all and very helpfule (she gets a 5 star!) but the delivery was another story, I live in a building and I clearly told them delivery has to be made by Before 5pm and they never made it on time. Mind to tell you now I don’t have a bed to sleep on because rooms to go could not redirect their route to make my delivery on time. Even after I called them at 2pm to information them again I need my delivery before 5pm. Horrible delivery, I’m still waiting for my mattress now I have to reschedule for who knows when. (Zero stars for the delivery)

Overall great experience. Had the leisure in meeting Teresa Prieto. Show me and my girlfriend the different bedroom sets. Explained how easy financing was and we decided a bedroom set for our son. Along with a couple of bean bags.
