After months of waiting, they have finally brought back the autumn squash soup! While it is only availabe in the Fall, it is a must try!nnLove this place, friendly staff and very helpful. Recommended 100%
Nice place and delicious tomato soup and steak sandwich. Just restrooms aren’t good for pandemic. If they use touch-less paper dispenser and faucet it would be great. I’ll visit there again.
I order Panera all the time with my coworkers. The last 2 times I've come here and done curbside pickup, they never bring me my food and I waited 30 minutes before finally going in myself to pick up my now cold food. What's the point of even having curbside if you're just gonna leave it there to get cold?nDo yourself a favor and go to the Doral location instead. Much better service.
I have called this restaurant 11 times and this is not an exaggeration.... I placed an online order at 11am it is currently 1:00 and I still haven’t received my order my delivery driver is no where to be found and they don’t answer the phone... this is hands down the worst Panera I’ve ever seen in my life their customer service is literally dog water and they don’t care if you got your order or not... I’m still currently calling them and they still haven’t answered in over an hour and a half never order from this place and save yourself the headache
