I’ve been ordering from these people almost everyday and everyday their messing my order up. You call them no answer. I’m reporting y’all to your corporate and the better business bureau because obviously y’all don’t know how to do your job accurately.
3 employees walked past me and 2 continued their Spanish conversations while I was standing waiting to be serviced. I had to ask the worker who was about to walk past me again, is he going to take my order. He said yea, grabbed gloves and asked me did I know what I want because he can just make it. I asked for a lg latte with whipped and caramel craze cream and sugar. Instead of him making it, someone else ended up taking my order and put cinnamon sugar in my latte. I was already late for work so I didn't even bother to have it re-made. I will be going back later to get my free coffee and hopefully it will be made correctly..
Worst one I have ever been to. SLOW NO SENSE OF URGENCY. Cashier can't even make change in his head from a $10 bill. He entered $100 and was going to give me the change for that. Lol. How stupid can you be. I should of taken it.
Jackline is the best employee in this establishment. She listens to my picky order and makes sure she gets everything right . I appreciate an employee like her. No offense but the rest should learn from her.
Very appetizing. I will probably become a regular. This place has a good feel to it.
