Good place for a quick bite, soda and dessert
HORRIBLE SERVICES, The Worst Pincrest Bakery, super horrible services especially from a lady name Jackeline that works there, I called to place and order, had me on the phone for more then 10 mins, once she came back on the phone and I told her I couldn’t wait anymore, because she had place me hold twice, when I asked her name and of her manager She refused to give it to me, she was really disrespectful and hung up on me. I had to go to the store and ask to speak to her manager Yaneisy. This lady needs take some classes in Costumer Services. They only treat nice and on lovely the Sweetwater police officers that go there to eat or Sweetwater city employees. They need to treat everyone equally.

Do not bother ordering from this place. They mess up your order EVERY single time even in person. Don’t order on Uber eats cause you have a 100% chance of getting the incorrect food. I’ve spoken to the managers here before and they’re all super rude and unprofessional. I ordered today after a whole year not ordering hoping it was just a bad worker from back then messing up the orders.... but OF COURSE they send me a pan con tortilla instead of a regular tortilla in a plate. I had to eat the omelette from the bread. I have ordered this same thing from other Pinecrest’s and it’s been perfect. This location is TRASH. I blame myself at this point. But seriously, do not order from here TRUST ME.
