I had a great experience with Penske. I rented a 15 foot truck. They gave extra days for the same price which allows you time to rest in between loading and unloading. It was stress free and I'm going to rent it again this month. The sunset branch was attentive and punctual
Moving back to the area after rv-ing for a year.. rented a truck in Ft.Myers/Lehigh and returned it here (also a Citgo)...Alex(I think that was his name) was friendly and helpful. He walked over to me as i was refueling the truck to drop her off. Got me checked out while I was pumping. Very easy. Was exhausted from driving all day and moving items into a storage unit, so my wife and I were hungry and ready for some alcohol....the citgo has an eclectic selection of beer and wine and even freshly made hot food...the lady inside greeted us with a friendly hello and asked how she could help...(doesn't always go down like that in the 305)...p.s..had a great experience overall with Penske...cheaper and easier to work with than Budget or UHaul
