Our family was so pleased when we decided to visit Mattress Firm for our new mattress. Jeff is the best and he made sure we didn't leave until we found the best mattress that met our needs. We also came a month prior to get new mattresses for our kids and Jeff was so helpful that my husband and I decided to come right back for a bed for ourselves. Good customer service is so hard to find these days but they go above and beyond here.

Jeff took care to of us very well, paid attention to our needs and explained all options that were available. Promised a prompt delivery and explained warranty policies for the products we purchased. Would highly recommend Jeff and this store location for all of your mattress and sleeping needs!

I had a great experience at mattress firm today, Geoffrey went above and beyond to help me choose the right mattress for my needs. The selection in store was wide enough that I had several options to choose from based on my budget and comfort level requirements. Great customer service - definitely recommend.

We purchased a mattress at Mattress Firm at 7716 N Kendall Drive this morning and the service was great.nnPatricio Mella was very professional and took all Covid19 precautions which was very reassuring. He showed us the type of mattresses we were interested in and helped us work out the measurements to make sure we would have the height and feel we needed on our new King Sized bed.nnThe really nice thing was he listened and didn't try to steer us off in another direction and presented the mattresses that met our criteria and we were not rushed or pressured.nnHe also took the time to work out price comparisons for several mattresses and was honest about availability and timing.nnMattress Firm has already confirmed delivery for tomorrow and we were able to take advantage of president day sales and are very happy with Patricio, Mattress Firm and the price.nnI highly recommend Mattress Firm as we had already purchased a mattress at a Big Box store and there weeks turned into months for delivery. So we cancelled and here we are.nnWe were stunned that we could get the mattress we wanted the next day.nnThank You Patricio!!
