Orlando was super helpful from the moment we met him. In less than an hour he helped us purchase our sectional and dining set. I had a great experience with Jose at Rooms to go today. He took a lot of time with me, made me feel like I was his best friend. No pressure, answered all my questions. I think he really cared I highly recommend him to anyone wanting a real pro to help them.
This has been hands down one of the worst experiences of my life. I ordered an entire bedroom and couch at this store for around $6,000. The first delivery was not able to be delivered because the truck they brought was too large for the loading dock. Understandable. Then I had to wait an entire week for the stuff to be delivered on a smaller truck. Today the truck came WITHOUT the main base of the bed to put the mattress on. This has to be some sort of a sick joke. Now I have been without a bed for a week, and will be without a proper bed for who knows how long. Consideration for the customer is truly lacking. I expected better, considering we pay for the furniture to be delivered. Can’t say I’d order from here again.
Domingo was a great help. Helped my wife and I find the perfect mattress. The process was smooth and the service kind. Every detail was taken care of, from notifications to delivery. Very worry free.
