I purchased a Sofa + Chair almost 2 months ago, by that time the sales person mentioned that because of Covid the delivery could be a few days later or based on his experience a few days sooner ! Great, purchased finalized! Now, approaching the delivery date I received a called saying nothing will be ready for at least another month ... meaning if you buy anything expects delays for months not days .. unless you decided to cancel before you're fed up with all BS they tell you just to sell. Be up front with what you have and don't have. Period.

Went to rooms to go almost 3 weeks ago the lady that helped me and my wife was nice and friendly unfortunately most of the items were not available for at least 2 months we had to settle with what was available in 2 to 3 weeks we set a delivery date and took day off from work to receive the delivery on the february 25th started trying to communicate qith customer service since the 23rd with no luck i only received an automated message with delivery time i tried to change it but it qas imposible to communicate then on the delivery date i was waiting and callede to check on the status nobody answer left call back number and when they called they said the truck had broken down i complained and went to the store and then they said the driver had covid and received the results while en route then got to the store where no manager was available supposedly since 6 am doing inventory only one nice lady from the office came out and tried to speak to me about the situation at the end no solution but to wait another day loose another day of work for not having a capable system that can avoid this situations bad experience already and no furniture yet

Love the fun and eclectic goodies you can find in this little shop. I'm always able to find one of a kind gifts for my friends here. Wonderful selection of boxed holiday cards- wait till right after Christmas and pick up cards for next year at 40% off.

When I went online today he says one thing when I arrive I told the girl there is no promotion he said no this is what there is that internet is a lie that was in Kendall 88 they don't go there and they don't help
