Ordered a lamp from this store and a month later and still don’t even know when it will get deliver.nnTheir response to the issue:nestimated delivery date has been delayed. Fortunately, since this item is in a back-ordered status, you do not have to keep this order. We are able to cancel this for you if that is a better option.nnIf I want it a refund I would had just kept my money to begin with, this is not an isolated issues but it constantly keeps happening with the orders.nn02-14-2021nnUpdate:nnI’m still waiting on my lamp, it has been push back 3 times since I bought it back in November. I don’t even know how this people actually get 5 star reviews.

We recently came on the weekend to look at bedroom furniture and it was pretty packed. But we were able to get help from Eddie, he was great in assisting us with purchasing new furniture for our home.nWe were surprised with all the helpful tips and the free designing he did for us. Will definitely be coming back again for the decor.

Staff is friendly but I rated them costumer service. Lamp was missing hardware. And it was just extremely difficult for them to help me and make me happy. It was not there priority for me to leave happy.nI ordered the lamp on line and had no choice but to pay over 30 dollars for 10 day shipping. They do not offer shipping to the store for pick up at no charge to the contrary if you ask them to ship to store the will add 20% shipping. Absurd.
