I have been coming to this locarion (pinecrest) for many years and it has been fanatastic. When they transferred the amazing lady that worked there, they hired a very disrespectful lady. She has a horrible attitude and complains about tip. I will drive to the south miami location since now, looking for a better customer service.
After several years of being a customer it’s very disappointing to see how run down it looks and service is horrible! And I was a everyday customer!
Very Bad attitude to the customer, I am not asking for a favor, I am going to pay for the service. Never come back
