We had previously rented a storage unit here and then again recently and on both occasions, we have been very pleased with the service and pricing. Customer Service is top-notch, the manager and another employee at the front desk were very accommodating and friendly.

I have been a very loyal customer to the Center Street location in Leesburg, FL and I am going to be completely honest. I went into that location on the 31st with my sister and fully intended on taking my belongings and my business to a different company all together. However the young lady that was working that facility that day had came from a different location to help cover. And she was without a doubt the most understanding and compassionate along with respectful, courteous and professional lady. She was the picture of what customer service in business 101 would look like. I have not experienced that professionalism since the resident managers of the company that actually built that facility years ago. I ultimately decided to continue my business at that facility for now and trust when I say that if the poor business skills that I had experienced this past year continue, it will not take me another year to remove my belongings and business and relocate to a completely different facility and company. I truly hope that the company takes some advice to send All employees of that facility and send them to spend some time at a facility with the young lady that was at the Center Street facility to help with coverage on July 31st. If not they will loose a lot of business.

Pros: Well staff were great, they were helpful and professional. The units were clean and accessible except after 10pm. You can pay online.nnCons: The rates jumped up significantly within a few months of contract. For days perhaps weeks my property was not secured by a gated fence due to a new software glitch with the old system. They had to leave the gates open 24/7 as they would not open with a code.
