After doing business with this location for several years, my advice is if you are going to make purchases at this store, pay cash, do not use their credit services. I have a credit account with them and they gave out my private information to someone not on the account. When I called to find out some information, as soon as I told them who I was they said they did not want to get involved. Too late, you violated privacy act laws but fixing it my information.
I had a great experience!! The staff is very friendly, and they helped me get a credit application going. Even though they didn't have the product I wanted in the store, they ordered it for me!!!
I have always had a good experience at the Bonifay Badcock. They provide great customer service and always have what were looking for.
Love shopping there. Robin and her staff are professional and friendly. Sometimes I like to go and look around, they always ask if they can help me in any way, and I say just gonna look some. They say if they can help let them know. It is so relaxing to go and look and not feel pressured or someone looking over your shoulder.
