Furniture Row Center

Spent nearly an entire day going from furniture store to furniture store in search of a dining room set. We came to Furniture Row twice because we could not find a place that matched their prices and had styles that we liked. We worked with Chance and he was amazingly helpful in getting us a set that we love, and at a price that was better than we expected.nnWe will definitely be back before our order comes in to look at other furniture and will be asking for Chance each time. Fantastic service!

I spent about 80 minutes shopping. I enjoyed the showroom floor. There was a good selection with ample diversity of styles. The sales associate was wonderful! She was friendly and informative but gave me space and time to shop. She researched on-line and checked on every question I had regarding all 3 rooms of furniture and accent pieces that we needed. The prices were fair. She offered a discount on a side table I bought off of the floor. I had a good experience and I will definitely go back in to purchase several pieces once I decide which ones will work the best in our home.

Previously I gave this company a 5 star review. I was originally very excited that I got an amazing deal unfortunately I found out it was too good to be true. Last night when I was getting into bed it sounded like the bed frame was breaking so I got up a bit later and decided to change the sheets, when I lifted the corner of the mattress I immediately called my husband in to make sure I wasn't seeing things. We removed the mattress at this point to find that when the frame was set up they didn't screw the supports into the frame and the legs supporting the beams were less than hand tight! I was not happy to say the least and we ended up putting our mattress on the floor to sleep for the night.nnThis morning I went straight to the store to request a refund for the delivery fee to which they only refunded half and they offered to send service out to fix it within the next week! Where are we supposed to sleep for that amount of time?! I told them I no longer trust their Service department and I just wanted the hardware so we can assemble it ourselves. I was given a sealed envelope of screw that must have been just laying around.nnWhen I let them know I was very glad we weren't injured due to this poor ethic, as if the frame would have fallen apart while we were in it the damage could have been catastrophic I didn't even get a reaction. I will never buy another piece of furniture from this company and I suggest you do the same.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff, I feel like he really listened to what I was looking for he found me the perfect piece.

The staff was very helpful not pushy. Chance was able to answer all my questions very knowledgeable. Very happy with my experience
