I am visiting Jacksonville beach and got a facial with Ellen Nelson. She was AMAZING and very helpful. She was very kind and caring and I knew she wanted to help me. I have struggled with acne for 10 years and Ellen made me feel beautiful! She is the absolute best and I highly recommend her services if you are in the area!
I really enjoyed my massage. The staff was very nice and welcoming. I was a little sore the next day on my shoulder where she was a little firm . However great first experience there, I would definitely go again and recommend. Also my bf is in construction and he loved the hand massage.
My Wife and I recently visited this location. The staff was very professional and made us feel very comfortable from the time we arrived until or departure. Everything about this spa was very clean and professional. The staff offered us this amazing flavored water that was very hydrating. My Wife had a prenatal massage and I had an hour massage. I would highly recommend anyone to this spa that is looking for a quick get away.
I have been going to Hand & Stone Spa’s around the country for the last five years and this location specifically keeps me coming back! I live far from this location, but that’s just how good it is that I need to come once a month. From the professionalism of the manager and staff, to the transparency they provide when I come in with any questions or concerns I have, this place really is a fantastic spa. Just last week, I received a truly amazing unique reiki massage from Cathy. I recently just learned that this location offers reiki and I have always been curious about it. Throughout the massage Cathy was very knowledgeable, I could feel the affects working during the massage, and have been sleeping better since. If you’re interested in trying out reiki, I highly recommend going to Cathy for massage services! Not to mention, Renee provides the best and safest facial experience you could possibly want from an experienced professional. If I could put more stars on this place I would, but you just need to check it out for yourself!
Ryan was great, he listened to what I wanted then also realized what I needed. He didn’t try to upsell me either, I was relaxed the whole time. He also gave me tips on how to prevent some back pain, great therapist. And yes masks are required when walking in and out.
