I stopped at the Kennewick store and was assisted by Rose. Like most people who rarely shop for a mattress I am always lost at a mattress store. Rose immediately offered to assist me in narrowing down the choices to a few mattresses that met my objectives. She was gracious, courteous, helpful, and a pleasure to work with. She knows the business and the products very well. She was very frank (and helpful) in discussing the competing factors of price and quality. My sleeping experience is very important and she was able to provide real assistance in finding choices that met my competing requirements. We also had a very interesting and rewarding conversation during my shopping experience. It was far superior to my prior mattress shopping experience (about 5 yrs ago, different company) where I ended up with an expensive product that did not work for me. Thank you Rose for a superior experience!
Rose and Dan were very friendly and helpful. They gave us the information we wanted and let us make our own decision. They even had our choice in the store, so we could take it home right then. :) I added a seperate mattress cover and Rose is having it shipped directly to my house, no need for an extra trip into town! Social distancing and mask wearing were accomplished without a problem. I would definitely recommend Mattress Depot - Kennewick to everyone.
Definitely the best matress shop in tri-cities. Rose is Amazing! I had never bought a bed before. She made shopping great! Ten million stars.

Worst mattresses ever. Over priced and I've never had worse sleep in my life.
