They have an amazing selection of fine woods and beautiful furniture. The staff (high level craftsmen themselves) were super knowledgeable and helpful.
Good selection and prices
Years ago I got the crazy idea to make my own kitchen table. I spoke with Pat at White's Furniture and Hardwood and he was so friendly and helpful. He helped me source some beautiful, kiln-dried walnut and even went out of his way to glue and plane the top for me because I did not have the proper tools. My table turned out beautifully, and I have been enjoying it ever since.
Guy was very cheerful and helpful but didn't hover, perfect. Excellent selection and competitive prices. I went for the wood but the furniture is awesome as well.
Jodie was so helpful, so full of knowledge on the projects I wanted to do. He also made me a custom made dresser and a dining room table for a lot less than I expected. Whites now is my new furniture store and the place I buy my wood for my little projects.
