Wow have I had a great experience at Great Floors. Talk about amazing customer service. My sales person Molly Deter helped me every step of the way in picking my LVP flooring and tile for my remodel. She knows her products so well. She worked with me in my budget, helping me get the best quality for the best price, she knew that I needed to order special matching trim pieces around my fireplace and staircase. She let me take many samples home to see what it looked like in my own lighting. Once we ordered she kept in touch with me to let me know exactly when it would arrive.nWhen my tile setter was laying tile he let me know that we were going to be short one tile because I changed the layout. I called Molly on a Saturday and she was able to call around and find more tile then actually brought it over to my house herself so my tile setter could finish my bathroom in the same day. Talk about amazing customer service! Thank you! I absolutely recommend Molly at Great Floors, she is the best!
