Horrible customer service by the store manager Jef I can’t even do an exchange on a product iv been waiting on for 4 months now and they tell me another 6 weeks at least let me do an exchange with something you have in stock in store. Not only that I can’t cancel because they have a 20% restocking fee that gets taking out of the whole amount I have paid. I was told I was going to get this couch within a month of purchase. Horrible horrible customer service and i have worked retail my entire life. You put the customers first. The request isn’t impossible for an exchange. DO BETTER!

Our family just bought a recliner for my mothers birthday. The service was outstanding. My mom is friends with Angela sadly she wasn’t there but Alex helped us. Since we are good friends with Angela he gave us an amazing discount. Walker’s Furniture will always be our first choice for furniture. Thank you for working through this pandemic.
I had been a loyal customer for over 15 years up until about 8 months ago. I bought a bed from a guy (Javier) that was said to be comparable to a beauty rest. I paid almost $2500. Within the first 6 months it started to come unstitched, sagging on the bottom and side that my husband sleeps on. Long story short. WORST BED EVER!!!!nSoooo I called and was told it was a final sale item and pretty much I’m S.O.L. They lost a customer for ever and my recommendation. This is the Tri-cities store (Kennewick). I can honestly say. The Wenatchee store never did us dirty like this!!!!
