Comfortable shopping. Great gift ideas for Christmas giving, and Christmas decorating. I'll be back to shop again Anytime of the year. They even had furniture.

They have an eclectic mix of products. I had been wanting a set of washable bed pillows and found them there.

I called to speak with someone in customer service regarding a purchase made and a warranty on the item. I was transferred to a manager named Yolanda who made no effort in helping let alone letting me ask any questions I had. She kept cutting me off as I was speaking and didn’t answer any questions I had called about. I had to ask her to not interrupt me several times so I could finish what I was asking. Worse customer service I’ve every experience when calling a business. Very unprofessional experience after spending 2k on a purchase. Management and customer service needs to be re-evaluated at this store. This experience deserves less than 1 Star.

Kind of cramped inside but nice deals and good staff

I love the place and the prices but the store could definitely use a better lay-out and organization. Also, the staff could stand to be more friendly and helpful. Every time I shop there, I'm happy with what I find and the price(s). But, the staff are always just messing around behind the registers, even when there are no customers up there. Meanwhile, the store is in dire disarray. They don't seem to care. And, when I need help finding something, either no one is around to help or whomever I do find and ask doesn't know. I'll still shop there but never buy what I'm looking for when I can't find it and no one can help me.
