I had a problem with my Samsung phone that I bought through AT&T and they are my current provider for my cellphone service. My LCD screen on my phone was only partially showing, the AT&T representative looked at it, didn't have a clue to the problem, said either buy another one, or get it serviced repaired at any of the various cellphone repair stores. I left very dissatisfied, AT&T kiosk stores just want to sell you thing's, not help with customer hardware problems. I found a Cellphone repair store near me, my problem was a cracked LCD screen, they replaced it, my phone works like new, no thanks to my local AT&T Kiosk store.
I came in with a load of questions about the new iPhone, and Herlinda answered all the questions I had and didn’t know I would have. Such great service! Left more than happy.
Love the people there. Herlinda was very pleasant when she sold me my car charger.
