Been with Sprint for 20 Years. And I really appreciate the Manager Joe at the Grandridge Store in Kennewick.
Real friendly staff, everybody is willing to help you and answer any questions you may have. Repairs are as fast as they can be, from when they actually start working on your phone. And again super friendly super awesome staff!
Go see Angela and Claro at the mall location loved the customer services and awesome phone deals. Left with new phones and awesome deals. Will be recommending friends and family.
I contacted sprint through text message. Told them I wanted to pay my bill to a zero balance. All devices and my back bill I wanted to pay off. The person I was talking to assured ne that I would be at a zero balance when we were done. I still have a backed bill, even after telling her four times what I wanted to do. Sprint won't do ANYTHING to fix it.
Very helpful people! Adan helped me with setting up my new phone, even though I bought it from a third party store. 5/5 for their customer service!
