super good... sent wife in to get new used galaxy s7 but he was out of those, but offered to fix hers (malfunctioning screen) for $140 and I'm glad we said 'yes' - virtually new phone now, with new shell and screen. wife very happy.
Joe is an awesome person ,undoubtedly a pillar of the community.He actually takes the time to listen to a brief story about your personal situation and in my situation fit necessary devices according to my needs .I love my note 9 as well I'm not concerned about it breaking because I know that I have support hes a very smart guy it will be fixed in short order and his prices fall far below his competitors I would highly recommend him to anyone
Shady guy. Thought I had found a good guy doing legit business but my experience was identical to all of the Bad ratings on here. If you notice all of his responses are well written like he has a good excuse for everything, real quick to blame anything else except himself. He pivots well I’ll give him that. Will take my business elsewhere. Do business with this guy at your own risk.

STAY AWAY!!nnHE SOLD ME A BLACKLISTED PHONE. HAD US 2 MONTHS BACK AND FORTH “WAITING TO GET IT FIXED” HE LIED TO US ALL THESE 2 MONTHS. EVERYTIME WE WOULD GO TO THE SHOP HE SAID TO WAIT AND WAIT. DIFFERENT EXCUSES ALL THE TIME. HE KNEW FROM THE BEGINNING WHAT WAS GOING ON WITH THE PHONE. THIS IS ALL FRAUDULENT!! HE FINDS A WAY TO BLAME EVERYTHING ON YOU. JUST LOST MORE THAN $1,000 PLEASE BE CAREFUL PEOPLEnnTHE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD!!!!
