I have ordered a few items from Aaron's and have been treated great. The young men are so helpful when they delivered my stuff. They even took the time to show me how to use my tv. They are way better than rent a center by far. Will go to Aaron's from now on never again to rent a center. Thanks Aaron's. Hector treats people like they are suppose to be treated. Way to go Hector.
Rent-to-own should always be your last resort... but not bad if you don't have any other options.
I had a great experience in the store, but when it came to deliver what I had ordered I don't really feel my time was respected. I scheduled to get it delivered before 12 because that's what the lady said she had available. I chose that specifically because I work night shift and I could sleep after they had came and set everything up. I stayed up till past 12 waiting on them and they never showed up and never even gave me a call to explain the situation. That in itself would have been very appreciative as I could have actually slept a little and got up when they were able to deliver. It wouldn't have been a problem. The lack of communication and concern for my time definitely turns me away from wanting to get anything else at that specific store in the future. I didn't even get an apology or feel for concern whatsoever from the delivery guys.
Good if you can't afford to buy outright
This was my first time in there...due to my inability to hold onto things that are important...I lost my wallet. Luckily for me they were more than willing to help. And they found it. If this is what to expect...sign me up. Two thumbs up.
