They barely spoke to me. I was replacing a device, they ordered it and when I was there to pick it up and get it set up they got on the phone and said 3 words to me. I had no idea what was wrong with it or why they had to call elsewhere until an hour into me sitting in a chair 6 feet from the person. I was there for 2 hours with very little interaction.nnThey said everything was fixed. I checked my bill and I’m getting charged for 2 lines and one line was the device I returned and no longer had. I called to have it fixed and it got marked as a termination fee because they never marked it as returned. I’ve been on the phone with customer service trying to sort out the mess they made all morning.nnThey were rude, with no customer service and didn’t do anything but mess up my account!
