This location has been outstanding.nJoel is an amazing manager who’s main focus is taking care of customers.nHas nothing to do with any “discount” someone may think why this review is so positive it wasn’t literally his flexibility when my families plans changed.nWe were planning on moving in town then changed it to out of town then changed back to in town and he just rolled with it and made it work for my family and I.nI can’t speak highly enough of Joel and this location.nIf anyone is going to rent any type of moving vehicle or storage location this is hands down the only place I will rent from.nI own multiple businesses and it’s customer service like this that keeps people coming back!nThank you for all you have done to make my family move easy

This place is horrible and the staff is clueless. I live across the street from this location (5min walk). I made a reservation for trailer, when i arrived i was told they didn't have any and my reservation was sent to a Middleburg location.nThe Middleburg location was blindsided by the reservation, but were courtesy and professional and help sort out the screw up of this place(Big Thank you to Middleburg Power).nAfter signing and paying we were told we can drop off at any location.nI tried to return to this location but was told i couldn't, my contract said otherwise. I had to go back to Middleburg to return the trailer.n**The BIGGEST INSULT**: While parked in their drop off area, I looked to my right and saw 4 trailers noticeably unrented.nSave yourself a headache and go somewhere else.
