Was very wary about this place due to a lot of recent poor reviews. I experienced non of their concerns. I purchased my equipment at Best Buy but they had a 6 week book out for installation and I wasn’t interested in waiting. I called Audio King and an installation quote and was told to come in at 10am the following morning. They said it’d take about 3-4 hours. It was all great! Did the work for my quoted price in less than the estimated time. I had a touchscreen deck and backup camera installed. Was well worth the price not to wait 6 weeks.

I bought a new jeep, but it didn't have a CD player so I went to Audio King to get a new stereo and the ability to play CDs. It took a month, 3 different stereos and in between I had to go almost 3 weeks without the factory controls on my steering wheel or the use of the butt warmers, or any other luxury feature. They never checked that I had Sirius radio, that was extra money and it took me 4 hours on the phone with Sirius and a return trip to get it to work because they had it set up wrong. My original quote was close to $800. I'm almost $1500 in, with a stereo that has way more options than I originally wanted. On my 3rd visit they said it would be a couple hours, they kept it overnight. When I got my car the next day there was 30 extra miles on it and the gas tank was empty. The good news is the stereo is awesome, and I now have navigation and a CD player. But it was really, really painful and expensive to get there. The cherry on top, they are a cash-only business and will charge you $30 to use your debit card, but they won't tell you this up front - they drop it on you when it's time to pay.

I truly recommend this place the guys there are very knowledgeable and awesome they help me with a my car audio needs and my window tinting, if you need someone with great experience go to these guy's!!

Would like to say the first system I ever got was from them 5 stars for service and price just went in there for some terminals and helped me out right away always fast and friendly
