Sprint is the worst cellular company that I have ever had. They charge u way more than they should. Worst experience ever. Do not buy a phone or device from them. They will keep raising the price. Mine went up to 300 dollars for 2 phones. After I paid off the phone, i got the phone unlocked and went to a different service and canceled sprint but sprint wouldn't let me cancel until the billing cycle was over and i finally got them to cancel it and i just got another bill because they never shut off the phone service.
Michael M was very helpful in helping us set up our lines! He was attentive and asked questions pertaining to what we wanted and what was available to us. The process wasn’t very time consuming and the service was received was great! We most definitely had an easy time setting up our services.

Michael . M had great customer service the best I’ve ever had especially in the phone industry..I’ve been to many places and never had someone go above and beyond to help me out! He got me a great deal on the new iPhone 11! So thank you Michael ! And also David for keeping my daughters entertained making the process easy for me and my daughters both of you are a great example of great customer service!
